Master List of ERP Levels on Lookout Mountain
The following PDF lists the major towers on Lookout Mountain and their various EMF output levels each year from 1950 to 2005. The first chart below shows the overall ERP impact to the residents on Lookout Mountain, and the second chart each individual station's ERP contribution. Broadcasters again violating FCC radiation limits on Lookout.
On April 10, 2006, the Jeffco Commissioners learned that the RF levels for the Channel 6 tower (public TV with public radio antennas) were at 120% of FCC limits. The RF hot spot is near the trail and fence at Boetcher Mansion/Jeffco Nature Center, and has been over the limits twice since April 1, 2006! Under Federal law, the FCC is not supposed to issue any permits unless the RF levels are within limits.

Chronology of Radio Frequency Radiation Measurements & Reports
CARE Exhibit 67 - March 30, 2000

Jefferson County has measured RF levels over FCC standards near every tower with FM radio... The TV stations try to maintain that it is they who are within the FCC limits and the FM stations that are over, but the radiation combines and three of the TC stations derive significant revenue from renting their tower space to the FM Stations. None of these 3 TV tower owners got JeffCo's permission to add the FM stations to their towers. Channel 2 tower - KBPI and KALC-FM. Channel 4 - KRFX, Channel 6 - KUVO and KCFR.
